In between my running commentary on my newly WCRS-free life, you’ll notice that I put up recipes that I try, create, and alter. Since Tre cannot have wheat or wheat-byproducts, everything I create is adapted to be gluten free. I also strictly avoid corn, soy, and rice; other allergens of Tre’s and also increasingly problematic for many people who are gluten intolerant. I’ve had my share of culinary successes, as well as comedic shortcomings. Here you’ll be able to easily find all of the recipes that proudly make the cut. Enjoy!
